Day 1(Mon) June 17 Depart ORD Airport on our way to Athens, Greece.
Day 2(Tue) June 18 Arrival Athens Airport , Upon arrival our escort will meet and greet you . Transfer to the hotel. Free for the rest of day Dinner and and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3(Wed) June 19 After Breakfast, start our day of sightseeing in Athens, one of the most magnificent ancient cities in the world, starts with a visit to the world-famous Athens Acropolis. On this sacred hill, you will see exquisite monuments, such as the Propylae Gates, the breathtaking Parthenon and the Erechtheion. We also visit the Areios Pagos Hill, the Ancient Agora, followed by visiting the new Acropolis Museum , the Parliament Building, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Presidential Palace. After our Athens sightseeing tour, participants have the afternoon free to explore this captivating city. Dinner and overnight stay in Athens.
Day 4(Thu) June 20 After Breakfast drive to the Peloponnese and begin our tour in Corinth, where we visit the ruins of the ancient city, which are perched on a hill above the modern town of Corinth. In the ancient city of Corinth where Saint Paul lived and preached for two years. Visit Apollo’s Temple and Agora – the Market Place. Return to Athens. Dinner and overnight stay in Athens.
Day 5(Fri) June 21 Checkout from Hotel after Breakfast and transfer to Piraeus Port, where we set off on a 3-day Cruise to the Greek Islands and Turkey. Departure for Mykonos Island. Arrival in Mykonos in the afternoon. The island of Mykonos is a marvellous cosmopolitan holiday hotspot that combines an international jet-set atmosphere and stimulating nightlife. We recommend a nonchalant stroll in Mykonos Town to admire the whitewashed houses and flowered balconies, and to visit the beautiful church of Panagia Paraportiani. Other attractions in Mykonos Town include the island’s trademark windmills and the charming area of Alefkandra, Mykonos’ Little Venice. Sail to Kusadasi.in Turkey.
Day 6(Sat) June 22 We reach Kusadasi, Turkey in the morning. Our optional excursion to the ancient city of Ephesus sets off from here. In the afternoon, we arrive in Patmos, the tranquil island where John the Apostle wrote the Book of Revelations. During the Patmos leg of our Christian tour, you can participate in our optional excursion to the monastery of St. John the Theologian and to the Holy Grotto of the Revelation. Sail to the Island of Crete.
Day 7(Sun) June 23 We arrive in port of Heraklion, the capital of the island Crete where the Minoan population had blossomed. Next port on call is Santorini the island famous for it’s volcano, the eruption of which created the famous caldera. Our optional excursion to Thira and Oia areas gives you the opportunity to see one of them most famous islands of Greece. Sail to Piraeus ( Athens ).
Day 8(Mon) June 24 Early checkout of the Cruise and transfer to Athens Airport for your flight to Rome, Italy. Upon arrival, our escort will meet and greet you at the airport. We shall be be transferred to our Assisi hotel. Enjoy Dinner and overnight at Assisi Hotel.
Day 9(Tue) June 25 Following breakfast, we shall start our guided tour of Assisi starting from the streets and squares of Francesco's youth, to the moment of his true conversion (the crucifix that addressed him in San Damiano), to the Renunciation to all worldly possessions (by the church of Santa Maria Maggiore). Not to mention the great, magnificent Basilica of Saint Francis where his tomb is located, adorned with the famous frescoes attributed to Giotto and other fine artists of the Middle Ages. Also Saint Claire of Assisi is a major religious figure, who lived and died in Assisi. The Basilica of the Saint, situated within the city walls, contains her body and a few relics. We will also visit the Portiuncola, the place that St.Francis chose for his newly-founded Franciscan Order. Half of his life was spent there. On October 3rd, 1226 he passed away in a nearby chapel. Since the 16th century the area has been covered and protected by the imposing basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli.,back to Rome for dinner and overnight.
Day 10(Wed) June 26 Breakfast at Hotel Early transfer to St.Peter's Square for attend Papal Audience. After the Papal Audience enjoy the "Christian Rome" tour which includes the Basilica of St. Mary Major, one of the oldest shrines dedicated to the Blessed Virgin, a shrine that contains a relic from the manger of the infant Jesus. Then you will see the Holy Stairs and the Basilica of St. John the Lateran that is the former residence of the popes prior to their return to Rome in 1377. Then we will visit St Paul Outside the Walls, which houses the remains of St Paul under its main altar. The tour ends with a visit of the catacombs of St Callixtus (or St Domitilla) where the early Christians hid themselves to escape persecution. Dinner and overnight in Rome.
Day 11(Thu) June 27 Enjoy a guided tour of the other Major Basilicas: St. Pedro, St Mary Major, St John in Lateran, St Paul Outside the Walls. Rest of the day at leisure. Mass. Dinner at hotel and overnight. (B, D)

Chicago Departure: We will depart from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport
After clearing Immigration and Passport Control, we will be greeted by our professional tour manager and motor coach driver. We’ll motor into Munich passing the Olympic Stadium, and visit the Marienplatz with its famous Glockenspiel. Later, we’ll continue to Austria.
Dinner will be served at our hotel this evening. Overnight in Salzburg. (D)
Salzburg: The highlights of our morning walking tour will include the Cathedral where Mozart was baptized and the 12th century St. Peter’s Church. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure. Tonight’s special dinner will be served at the restaurant at the Salzburg Fortress with spectacular views over the city. Overnight in Salzburg. (B, SD)
Salzburg/Sound of Music Tour/Innsbruck: Our morning tour follows the trail of the Sound of Music. Driving into the Salzkammergut, Austria’s lake district, we’ll visit the beautiful lakeside resort of St. Wolfgang, famous for its White Horse Inn. In Mondsee, we’ll visit the village church where the wedding scene of the Sound of Music was filmed. Later, we continue through the Tirol which brings to mind Alpine valleys, rushing rivers and villages of flower-covered chalets. In Innsbruck, our walking tour of the old city will include the historic and architecturally beautiful Maria-Theresienstrasse to see the Goldenes Dachl (the Golden Roof of Maximilian’s Balcony). Dinner will be served at our hotel this evening. Overnight in Innsbruck. (B,D)
Bulzano Excursion/St. Ulrich/Innsbruck: Our excursion this morning takes us over the famous Brenner Pass into northern Italy where we visit Bolzano. The city’s Italian-Austrian character gives it the unique flavor of a city at the crossroads between Italian and Austrian cultures. Later, we pass through the Dolomites and see their sheer pink and yellow limestone pinnacles that tower over quaint villages flowery meadows, wooded valleys, and sun-soaked trails. Italian, Austrian and ancient Ladin cultures intermingle peacefully in the small, scattered villages in this mountainous corner of Italy. We will have some free time to explore the quiet village of St. Ulrich, also known by its Ladin name of Ortisei. The residents of this charming village, in the heart of very traditional Val Gardena, Display their talents in the town’s boutiques and artist studios. Dinner is on your own this evening. Overnight in Innsbruck. (B)
Innsbruck/the Island of Mainau/Lucerne: This morning will depart Austria and cross the Arlberg Pass en
route to beautiful Lake Constance. Here, we’ll visit the island of Mainu, known as “the Island of Flowers.” It is a unique experience for senses, with its thousands of colors, shapes and scents. In the spring, tulips,
narcissus and orchids bloom; in May, rhododendrons; in summer; roses, and in the autumn dahlias, as far as the eye can see. Palms, citrus fruits and butterflies spread a tropical flair. Later we continue to Lucerne, the jewel of Swiss resorts, our home for two nights. Dinner will be served at our hotel this evening (B, D)
Lucerne: The highlights of our morning walking tour will include the Lion Monument, commemorating the death of the brave Swiss guards; the old covered wooden bridge across the Reuss River; and the charming architecture of the old city. The afternoon is free to shop for Swiss watches or cuckoo clocks, or to take an optional tour to Mt. Pilatus. Dinner is on your own this evening. Overnight Lucerne. (B)
Lucerne/Hohenschwangau. This afternoon we motor through the spectacular Swiss and Bavarian
countryside en route to Hohenschwangau. This afternoon we’ll visit King Ludwig. It’s most famous castle,
Neuschwantein. While being a formidable fortress, it was designed by a theatrical decorator, not an
architect, which explains its dream-like atmosphere. Our hotel is located in lovely Hohenschwangau,
overlooking Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles. Dinner will be served at our hotel this evening.(B, D)
Oberammergau/Passion Play: The morning will be free for shopping or just strolling along the streets of this charming village. This afternoon and evening, we’ll attend the Passion Play. Lunch and dinner will be served at our hotel today. Overnight in Oberammergau. (B, L, D)

Day 1, Tuesday, June 5: Depart Chicago on your way to Tel-Aviv.
Day 2, Wednesday, June 6: Arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport where an Ami Travel representative greets us and give us an introduction about the forthcoming trip - Travel North via the Lower Galilee valleys to our hotel in Nazareth for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3, Thursday, June 7: Morning Mass at the Grotto of the Annunciation. Today we tour the Sea of Galilee region; The Mount of the Beatitudes - site of the Sermon on the Mount and Tabgha - site of the feeding of the multitudes. Visit Capernaum- simon Peter's House. Take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee and enjoy a St. Peter's fish lunch on its shores. In the Afternoon you may renew of baptismal vows in the Jordan River. Back to our hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 4, Friday, June 8: On to Cana – where we shall renew our marriage vows and continue through the Valley of Armageddon to Mt. Carmel- where the Prophet Elijah confronted the pagan priests (1st Kings 18) for Mass celebration. Visit "the brow of the hill" known as "Mt. Precipice". Return to Nazareth to the Synagogue where Jesus stood to proclaim and preach the stirring words of Isaiah (Luke 4:16-27). Dinner and overnight in the Galilee.
Day 5, Saturday, June 9: Ascend to the top of Mount Tabor - the site of the Transfiguration - where we celebrate Mass. Continue via Meggido - Armagedon and Mt Carmel to Caesarea Maritima where St. Paul was imprisoned and Cornelius baptized to see the Roman theatre, the aqueduct and the Crusader ruins. Continue via tel Aviv and Jaffa and ascend to Jerusalem - the Holy city for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6, Sunday, June 10: Morning Mass inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Continue to Mt of Olives: Chapel of Ascension and Palm Sunday Road. Walk the Stations of the Cross; visit the various quarters of the Old City and the underground excavations. See the Temple ruins and the Western Wall. End the day at St Peter in Gallicantu (cock-crowing), built over the palace of the high priest Caiaphas. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 7, Monday, June 11: Begin our journey in nearby Bethlehem to visit the ancient Church of Nativity where we shall celebrate Mass.
Enjoy your shopping in a Bethlehem bazaar and later visit Manger Square and the beautiful Shepherds' Fields. Return to Jerusalem to explore Mt. Zion: David's Tomb, the Room of the Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey - site of the Assumption of the Virgin. Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.
Day 8, Tuesday, June 12: Early start... with Mass celebration at the Garden of Gethsemane. Continue our journey to the lowest point on Earth; the Dead Sea area. Drive to Masada, site of the Jewish zealots' last stand against the Romans. See the Qumran Caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered and enjoy a floating experience in the Dead Sea. Visit Jericho to view Zacheus's Tree, Elisha's spring and the Mount of Temptation. Back to Jerusalem for an overnight stay.
Day 9, Wednesday, June 13: Morning at leisure. Your guide directs you to places you may visit at your own pace, or do your last shopping. Celebrate Mass. Enjoy our farewell dinner. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 10, Thursday, June 14: Morning transfer to the airport for our flight to Cairo, Egypt. Meet our local tour guide and start our full day sightseeing to include the pyramids and Sphinx Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 11- Full day sightseeing Cairo Museum and Nile River. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 12, Morning transfer to Airport for our flight back to Chicago.

LISBON | FATIMAThe group will arrive in Lisbon to start the journey with a panoramic sightseeing tour of Portugal’s capital city, passing by the main avenues, "downtown" with the Rossio and Comercio Squares, continue with a drive to the Alfama, the oldest quarter of Lisbon, to visit the Church of St. Anthony, the nearby St. Anthony Museum and the Cathedral. Then proceed to the monumental district of Belem to see the Belem Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries and the Jeronimos Church. In the late afternoon depart for Fatima, one of the most famous Marian Shrines in Europe. Participate in the Rosaries and Candlelight Procession. Dinner and overnight in Fatima.
FATIMA In the morning, the group will visit the small village of Aljustrel, home of Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta, the three children who witnessed the Apparitions of the Blessed Mother starting in 1917. The group will then visit Valinhos, where Our Lady appeared in August of that year as well as the parish church where the children were baptized and where family members were buried in the cemetery. In the afternoon, visit some of the highlights of Fatima including the Capelinha (also known as the “Chapel of the Apparitions”) as well as the Basilica. This basilica contains, among other things, the tombs of two of the children of Fatima, Jacinta and Francisco. Then explore Fatima on your own, shop for religious articles and other souvenirs, or spend time in private devotion. An optional video presentation on the history of Fatima will be offered in the evening at the Consolata Fathers Center. Participate in the Rosaries and Candlelight Procession. Dinner and overnight in Fatima.
FATIMA | SALAMANCA | ALBA DE TORMES | AVILAAfter breakfast, departure to Salamanca. Saint Teresa's presence in Salamanca can be seen from Plaza Mayor square to the University. In the square you can see a medallion dedicated to the saint, and she is Doctor Honoris Causa of Salamanca University. In the New Cathedral there is a chapel in her honor, and she used to go to the Convent of San Esteban to ask the Dominican friars for advice. Saint Teresa of Ávila wrote a kind chronological diary of her travels: "The Book of Her Foundations." She was commissioned to write this book by the Jesuit community at the Pontifical University of Salamanca. Proceed to Alba de Tormes, where you can visit Santa Teresa of Ávila’s tomb and see two of her most important relics: her heart and her left arm. Dinner and overnight in Avila.
ÁVILA | FONTIVEROS | BURGOSFollowing breakfast visit Ávila. The City of Kings and of Saints completely encircled by 11th century walls. This is the Birthplace of St. Theresa, one of the greatest mystics of the Church. Depart to Fontiveros, birthplace of St John of the Cross. Visit the Church of St. Cipriano where Saint John of the Cross was baptised –John, instrumental in founding the Discalced Carmelites-. Proceed to Burgos. Dinner and overnight in Burgos.
BURGOS | LOYOLA/AZPEITIA | LOURDESFollowing breakfast, visit of Burgos. In addition to the architectural masterpiece of Burgos which is the Cathedral, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and the Royal Monastery of Huelgas Reales together with the famous Chapel of Saint James the Apostle, Burgos is where Saint Teresa arrived here in 1581 to establish her last convent: the Convent of San José and Santa Ana. Here you can see several of Saint Teresa's relics, such as her espadrilles, a veil and a letter that she wrote. We may also visit the Church of San Ginés, where Saint Teresa would go to Mass. Following Saint Teresa's footsteps, pass by the Hospital of La Concepción and the Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian, where she stayed. Continuation to Loyola /Azpeitia, birthplace of Ignatius of Loyola. Visit of the Loyola sanctuary built on the birthplace of St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Order of the Jesuits. Continue to Lourdes. Participate in the Candlelight Procession. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.
LOURDES After breakfast, participate in a walking tour of Lourdes, the town so closely linked to the life of St. Bernadette. Visit the “Boly Mill” (site of the birthplace of St. Bernadette), and the “Cachot,” another home of the family. In fact, this is where she lived at the time of the Apparitions. Also visit the parish church of her family (where St Bernadette was baptized). Participate in the Candlelight Procession. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.
LOURDES | TOULOUSE After breakfast, free time for devotions. Depart for Toulouse where we shall visit of the the Carmelite convent, built in the 17th Century with its remarkable 17th Century painted murals by Jean-Pierre and 18th Century paintings by Jean-Baptiste Despax. Visit church of the Jacobins - burial place of St Thomas of Aquinas and the Basilica of St Sernin. Dinner and overnight in Toulouse.
TOULOUSE |BARCELONA Following breakfast, depart to Barcelona. Following lunch, a panoramic visit of the city or half day walking tour , seeing La Monumental Bullring, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Joan Miro Park, Fountain of 3 Rivers, The Venetian towers, Magic Fountain, Olympic Stadium, Port of Barcelona, Christopher Columbus Column, Las Ramblas and other sites. Transfer to the hotel in Barcelona. Dinner and overnight in Barcelona.
BARCELONA | MONTSERRAT | BARCELONA Following breakfast drive to Manresa, to visit the cave of St. Ignatius and to Montserrat to visit one of the most famous monasteries of Spain, the so called “National Monument” of Catalunya - in the middle of a spectacular landscape. Return to Barcelona for a free late afternoon. Dinner and farewell in Barcelona.
